Program Pathway
How Our Program Works
Each program is designed to provide comprehensive support at every stage of an individual’s journey toward self-sufficiency, including pathways in skilled trades and healthcare careers.
Stability and Support
Participants begin by receiving immediate support to help establish stability. This may include access to safe accommodation, basic needs assistance, and guidance to help individuals prepare for structured program participation.
This program includes:
- Assistance accessing identification
- Support toward stable housing and living conditions
- Mentorship and personal guidance
- Initial career guidance, including exploration of skilled and healthcare pathways
- Connection to community resources
Our goal is to create a stable foundation where individuals can focus on personal growth and future opportunities.
4-Week Foundation Program
Our 4-week program provides structured support to help individuals build stability, confidence, and direction. Participants attend sections focused on life skills, personal development, and workforce readiness.
This program includes:
- Life skills and personal development classes
- Mentorship and guidance
- Structured daily support
- Preparation for workforce training
- Goal setting and career planning
- Introduction to career pathways, including healthcare education guidance and professional development
This program builds the foundation needed to move forward into training, employment, and long-term stability.
Apprenticeship & Skilled Trades
We provide pathways into skilled trades and career-focused opportunities, connecting individuals with hands-on training, real-world work experience, and job placement support.
This program includes:
- Hands-on training in welding, construction, electrical, & plumbing
- Real-world apprenticeship opportunities
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
- Job readiness and career placement support
- Healthcare pathway exposure, including shadowing opportunities in fields such as medicine, dental, physical therapy, and physician assistance
- Other skilled trades and workforce opportunities

4-week Intro to Healthcare Career Readiness Program for High School Students
Help high school students understand different healthcare professions and educational pathways to begin the process of working towards their goals.
Designed for high school students interested in careers such as:
- Medicine
- Dentistry
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Physical Therapy
- Optometry
- Veterinary Medicine
- Healthcare Research
Schedule Overview:
- Week 1:Students will discover healthcare career options and begin building academic confidence.
- Week 2: Students will create career/college roadmap and academic success plan
- Week 3: Analyze and improve study skills with a focus on basic sciences
- Week 4: Students will learn about leadership and professional expectations
By the end of the 4 weeks the student should have a basic knowledge of different healthcare professions, create a college/career roadmap, improve study habits, and identify leadership and academic opportunities that will enhance their premed/pre-healthcare requirements.

We provide mentorship to individuals interested in starting their own businesses. Participants receive guidance on understanding legal requirements, properly establishing their business, and building a strong foundation for long-term success. This program helps aspiring entrepreneurs develop the knowledge and structure needed to create legitimate income opportunities and achieve financial independence.
