Join a Program
Our program follows a structured three-step pathway designed to help individuals build stability, develop essential life skills, curate identifiable goals in healthcare, and transition into professional, skilled trade and workforce opportunities. Participants receive guidance, training opportunities, intro to healthcare education, and hands-on experience that prepares them for long-term employment, professionalism, and independence.
- 1. Stability and Support: Participants receive support to help establish stability and a defined goal via trades work or healthcare and prepare for structured program participation.
- 2. 4-Week Foundation Program: Participants receive structured, hands-on training focused on life skills, personal and professional development, responsibility, leadership, and career readiness.
- 3. Apprenticeship or Shadowing and Workforce Training: Participants transition into apprenticeship opportunities and skilled trade pathways such as construction, electrical, plumbing, and welding or healthcare shadowing opportunities in medicine, dental, physical therapy, or physician assistance.
